Nov 30th, 2010 | By | Category: Announcements

The Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) will hold its 104th Annual Conference and Exhibition June 21 to 24, 2011 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A. Abstracts for papers and poster presentations must be submitted to A&WMA by Friday, December 3, 2010 using the abstract submission web site, which can be found at www.awma.org/ACE2011.

Submissions are invited on any environmental issue. Abstracts will be evaluated for technical quality, relevance, significance to current environmental issues, and lack of commercialism.

A&WMA Conference Theme

“Beyond All Borders” is the A&WMA conference theme for 2011. As such, the conference will explore how environmental challenges often stretch beyond political, regional and cultural lines and, therefore, require multifaceted approaches in their eventual solutions. This year’s Critical Review will cover environmental issues associated with discarded electronic and electrical equipment (e-waste).

Abstracts related to the conference theme or the Critical Review topic are especially encouraged.
