About the Editor
Michael Bittner, CPEA, is a senior partner in the Boston, U.S.A. office of Environmental Resources Management (ERM). He has more than 20 years of experience in the EHS field, including 18 years of EHS consulting experience and four years as the corporate environmental manager for a U.S. Department of Defense contractor. He is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor and board of directors member for the Auditing Roundtable, a professional organization devoted to the practice of EHS auditing.
